Owner and president Ken Jones, CPSM, C.P.M., CSP, LSS Master Black Belt

As a life-long learner of business disciplines and related technologies, Ken has a dynamic portfolio of skills, talents and certifications. He teaches, trains, coaches, mentors, inspires, servant leads and DOES for others – students, industry professionals, organizations and companies. The focus is always on transformation and growth, and helping all achieve their highest potential in the process. That is who he is, and that is what he does — with a relentless passion.

Ken built this foundation from 15 years of industry experience with companies like Hewlett-Packard, Ford Motor Company, Rolls-Royce Aerospace, Roche Pharmaceuticals and Hillenbrand Industries, progressing through entry-level and mid-management positions rapidly to executive leadership roles. This progression and these experiences were where he learned from the best people in industry, and from the most complex of business situations, to hone his business acumen.

Following another passion of his – teaching, coaching and leading others, he reinvented himself and never looked back. A desire to share his experience with the next generation of supply chain leaders led him to a full-time teaching opportunity at Ivy Tech Community College in 2005, then on to Indiana University, Indiana State University and Western Michigan University over 10 more years.

Concurrent with teaching, he started his own consulting company, Value Chain Solutions. Since that time he has worked with nearly 100 organizations and companies in all industries and service sectors — solving business problems, providing value-added training, coaching and mentoring company leaders, and serving as an executive-in-residence — typically at the VP or President level.
